I just want to say a huge Thank You! I received my Pink Lily boxes last week and on Friday afternoon when I got home from a busy work week, I set about transforming my wardrobe. And it was just that...a transformation. I could not believe what a difference the boxes makes to the organisation of my wardrobe, I feel now as though I need to Pink Lily-fy my entire closet. I received my order tonight when I came home from work.
The boxes are fantastic. I really like the handle on the side - great for pulling them out of an overhead cupboard. I have just spent 2 hours re-organising our cupboards and setting up the boxes with all of our shoes. My husband will have an absolute heart attack when he realises his shoes are as orderly as mine.
You were right - your boxes do fit shoes for big feet like myself. I took your advice and stole one of the mens boxes I bought for my husband for my runners.
I appreciate your high level of customer service - the way in which you responded to my e-mail with a phone call really helped put me at ease. I also have to say to have received my order the day after I placed it was almost unheard of! Especially given I live in a completely different State to where you are. Thank you. Many thanks for my order. My boots will now fit into the boxes! I mentioned to you I would probably only use the boxes for shoes, but having said that, I have popped in my good leather bags instead of using the dust bags that come with them. I also put in some knitted scarves.
I managed to get that order from tvsn of 25 boxes, so in total I have spent over $520 on pinklily. I plan on giving some of the boxes to my daughter and d-in-law. I think the main obstacle with these pinklily shoe boxes is that you want to fill them - you want to get out and buy new shoes. Why on earth would I put my old ones in their!?

My husband was away for the weekend, and so I got started straight away. I was not sure what he was going to say when he got back (especially about how much they cost - but he did not even ask), but our wardrobe certainly looked much neater. The boxes were great. Andrew was actually really pleased as he has custom made shoes, and although he is fastidious in keeping them polished and clean, they were always just higgledy piggledy in the bottom of the wardrobe. "I have just received my clear shoe boxes. Firstly, your packaging is delightful - it has a real "feel good" feeling about it. Secondly - and probably more importantly - your product is excellent.
I am a very tactile person - for purchases I like to be able to see and feel before deciding whether to buy, but your product looked quite good in the picture (not too bulky which I was concerned about) and it was what I needed for my shoes (I am always forgetting about different pairs because I do not always check inside my cardboard shoe boxes!)
Now that I have transferred some of my shoes into your clear boxes - it is fantastic. Apart from seeing the shoes at a glance, they also take up less space than the original cardboard boxes. The boxes are also of good quality and well made. I will be ordering more in the future.

We cannot believe how wonderful MY side of our wardrobe looks now. From the floor up, for the 38+ yrs of our marriage it has looked like a junkyard. "I ordered 20 PinkLily boxes and the hot pink cancan doll recently. My mum absolutely LOVES the shoeboxes.
Last night when we were about to go out to dinner, I could not find the shoes I wanted to wear. I thought, oh brilliant, we are going to be half an hour late because now I will have to search for the pair among my collection. Luckily, my mum put some shoes into the boxes 22 boxes are definitely not enough! and the shoes I wanted to wear were in one of the boxes. It took us less than 2 minutes to find my shoes when usually it would take us 15 minutes if we were lucky.
I love earrings and I collect them, but I have never found anything practical and gorgeous at the same time to store them, so when I found that PinkLily is selling the cancan doll for jewelleries, I just HAD to have it! It is such a looker, really delicate and pretty. Everything I have been looking for.
Not to mention that the service was fabulous! A really lovely lady rang me about my order and she said because I live near her, she would deliver the boxes and cancan doll herself.. on the very same day. She did not charge me shipping, and she still came to deliver the goods herself well after work hours on a rainy and gloomy Friday evening.
I am very, very impressed with the personalised and friendly service and, of course, the shoe boxes and the cancan doll! I am actually considering to buy myself another cancan doll because it is so pretty and I actually need it. Hee.
